How long will it take me to get my banner?

You will usually see the first drafts within 24 hours.

Can I make changes to the banners?

Yes, you can.  We will revise the banner design until you are happy.  Usually this takes no more than 2 revisions.

What format will I get my banners in?

The banners will be in jpg and/or gif formats.  We can also supply pdf's if you need them. 

How is print work different from web based work?

The colour format is different as is the quality of the resolution that the image must be created with.   You may also need your images in a different format than jpg. 

How do I know what size banner I need?

We work with the most popular sizes of banner.  These are generally accepted across the web.  If you have bought an ad space somewhere it might require a different size banner.  Just send us the link and we will check out the sizing for you, if you are unsure.

How can I pay you?

We accept direct deposit from Australian clients.  We also accept credit card payments via Paypal.
